Job Overview

The successful candidate will lead a team of SAP technical consultants, overseeing the design and delivery of end-to-end technical architectures. They will ensure seamless integration with SAP modules such as S/4HANA, Employee Central Payroll, and external systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Architecture & SAP Basis Management: Lead the design and delivery of technical architectures, covering SAP BTP, CPI, Fiori/UI5, APIs, and OData services.
  • Project Delivery & Quality Control: Oversee the successful delivery of technical projects across SAP platforms, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
  • Governance & Compliance: Define governance frameworks to ensure consistent, compliant technical delivery across all projects.
Requirements
  • 15+ years of experience in SAP technologies, with expertise in technical consulting, development, and integration.
  • Proven experience leading and mentoring large technical teams (50+ members), including permanent staff and subcontractors.
  • Good understanding with SAP BTP, CPI, Fiori/UI5, ABAP, and OData services.
  • Integration experience across SAP SuccessFactors, S/4HANA, Employee Central Payroll, SAP IAS/IPS and external systems.
