Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough reviews of equipment and design treatment processes to ensure compliance with water quality standards.
- Collaborate with the PSM team and lab department to optimize waste flow and treatment methods.
- Develop and implement strategies to minimize downtime and ensure regular servicing of equipment.
- Work closely with operators to promote a safe working environment and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Contribute to the optimization of treatment operations, manpower allocation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in water treatment plant operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
