Lab Testing Specialist

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Civil Engineering, Materials Engineering or Materials Science, with relevant working experience of 1 to 3 years in lab testing, engineering, or a related field. Entry-level candidates with relevant academic experience are also welcome to apply.

Key responsibilities include performing routine and non-routine testing assignments within the department assigned, ensuring timely and accurate test results under minimal direct supervision. The role requires technical expertise, analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative testing solutions.

This position is based in Sungei Kadut Loop, Singapore. Key duties include assisting in the development and implementation of new test protocols and procedures, supporting the execution of laboratory tests, ensuring accurate and reliable results, and collaborating with senior engineers and researchers to optimize testing methodologies.

Ongoing tasks include conducting tests under controlled conditions, documenting findings, recording and analyzing test data, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Additionally, the individual must ensure all testing activities are conducted in compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.

Other responsibilities include maintaining thorough and organized documentation of all test procedures, results, and reports, preparing technical reports, summaries, and presentations based on test outcomes, and participating in team meetings and providing updates on test status and development progress.
