As a key member of our Operational Risk team, you will play a crucial role in advising and supporting various departments in identifying, assessing, and controlling operational risks within business processes.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and update documentation related to Operational Risk Management, Fraud Management, and New Product Management policies and procedures.
- Work closely with departments to report operational risk events, establish root causes, and develop appropriate mitigation action plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and assess operational risks, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Develop and implement effective risk management frameworks and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- 3 or more years of experience in a similar capacity in a prominent financial institution.
- Bachelor's Degree or above in Banking, Finance, Business, or related discipline.
- A well-rounded experience in all aspects pertaining to Operational Risk.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of MAS Guidelines on Risk Management practices, BCM guidelines, and Outsourcing Notice.
- The ability to work independently and be adaptable.
