Job Overview
Are you a highly skilled and experienced professional looking for a challenging opportunity to leverage your expertise in Oracle IAM solutions? We are seeking a seasoned Security Engineer to join our team and drive the development of innovative security solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize Oracle IAM solutions to meet business and technical requirements.
- Perform application onboarding into Oracle Identity Manager (OIM), including connector configuration, provisioning workflows, and access policies.
- Implement Oracle ADF-based customizations to enhance user interfaces and usability.
- Design and build Oracle SOA composites for workflow automation and integrations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure successful implementation.

Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of overall IT experience, with at least 7+ years focused on Oracle IAM (OIM/OAM).
- Proven hands-on experience with application onboarding into OIM.
- Strong expertise in Oracle ADF and SOA Suite development.
- Prior experience working with financial services customers, understanding of regulatory and compliance-driven IAM requirements.
- Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, and implementation.
- Solid problem-solving and debugging skills with a focus on performance tuning.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
