Test Engineer Fresher Opportunity

Are you a fresher electronics engineer looking to kick-start your career in the field of test engineering? Do you have a passion for problem-solving and working with digital and analog circuits?


Job Description:
  • Develop and execute test programs for digital, power management, RF, and mixed-signal integrated circuits (ICs) using automated test equipment (ATE) for wafer sort and packaged ICs.
  • Design and develop test hardware load boards and probe cards.
  • Collaborate closely with design engineers on first silicon debug, device characterization, test program bring-up, and production release activities.
  • Debug digital test patterns and perform device characterization across PVT (process, voltage, and temperature).
  • Contribute to production release, yield improvement, and test time reduction initiatives.
  • Operate automatic wafer probers and test handlers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Recent graduates from reputable universities with a degree in electronics or electrical engineering, or candidates with minimum 2 years of experience.
  • Strong knowledge of digital and analog electronics, with proficiency in Python scripting desired.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong desire to work hands-on in a lab environment.
  • Superb verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work independently.
  • Results-oriented and willing to learn.
