About the Role

This exciting opportunity is for a motivated individual to join our organization as a Therapist Aide. The successful candidate will work closely with therapists and supervisors to provide therapy services under their guidance.

  • Participate in initial assessments and goal setting to develop Individualized Care Plans that meet the unique needs of our clients.
  • Analyze assessment results to identify areas where residents and clients require additional support.
  • Receive referrals and maintain accurate records to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Ensure therapy equipment and materials are properly maintained and report any issues to relevant authorities.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support senior therapists and management staff with assigned duties as needed.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Strong self-motivation and high levels of motivation.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships.
  • Proficiency in healthcare, speech therapy, occupational therapy, and teamwork.
