Business Growth Specialist

The ideal candidate will focus on identifying opportunities and developing strategies for campaigns, services, and marketing initiatives to drive growth.
This role is responsible for supporting franchisees and improving opportunities for new franchisees to enter the market.
Main Responsibilities- Acquire new contracts by generating leads, conducting follow-ups, and preparing reports for management approval.
- Liaise with prospective franchise owners to complete contracts and facilitate location surveys.
- Prepare franchise contracts, manuals, and other documents for new franchisee signing.
- Propose and execute ideas for franchise expos and roadshows.
- Support new franchisees during centre renovation, grand opening preparations, and centre operation matters.
- Build positive rapport with new franchisees and provide strong support through regular communication.
- Monitor centre performance using various metrics and submit reports to ensure centres meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Develop strategies for boosting Franchisees' sales through campaign, service, and marketing initiatives.
- Conduct competition research and analysis to support strategic and tactical marketing initiatives.
- Provide timely feedback to Senior Management about company performance and recommended actions.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, or a related field; Diploma holders with working experience may also apply.
- Passion for the education business, high level of confidence, and ambition.
- Positive thinker, initiative, attractive personality, excellent attitude, good presentation skills, and interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work independently, meet deadlines under pressure, and be a team player.
- High energy and positive can-do attitude, excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Willingness to travel locally.
