Epergne Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Electrical and Mechanical Engineering Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic HR team.

We are looking for a skilled recruiter with a strong background in engineering roles, specifically in the electrical and mechanical engineering fields.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and screening candidates to closing top talent. Key responsibilities include:

  • Sourcing and Screening: Utilize various sourcing channels to identify and attract qualified candidates.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Candidate Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future openings.
  • Track and manage candidate information and progress through the recruitment process.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
  • Facilitate smooth communication between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Offer Extension and Onboarding: Extend offers to selected candidates, negotiate compensation packages, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Coordinate with HR and onboarding teams to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
  • Employer Branding: Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and enhance the company's reputation.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Track key recruitment metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.

In order to be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a strong focus on engineering roles, particularly electrical and mechanical engineering.
  • A solid understanding of technical screening and interview processes for engineering positions.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, including Boolean search and social media recruiting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • The ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR tools.
