Key Responsibilities
  • Hardware and Software Management
    • Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software systems, including operating systems, applications, and network components.
  • Microsoft 365 Administration
    • Administer Microsoft 365 services, including Intune, Entra ID, SharePoint, Exchange, and Defender.
  • Server Administration
    • Manage servers on cloud and on-premise, including Domain Controller, Active Directory, IIS, DNS, VOIP, and LDAP.
  • Network Administration
    • Administer network components, including firewalls, switches, VPN, VLAN, and WiFi controllers.
  • Help Desk Support
    • Resolve Level 1 and 2 computer or application issues for local and remote users.
  • Escalation and Vendor Management
    • Evaluate and escalate Level 3 application issues to third-party vendors.
  • IT Project Coordination
    • Coordinate IT projects and manage vendors to ensure timely completion and quality delivery.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience
    • 2-4 years of experience as an IT Systems Administrator or similar role.
  • Skills
    • Familiarity with Windows systems and environments.
    • Proven experience on Microsoft 365 platform and Cloud IaaS.
    • Experience with networking concepts and technologies.
    • Knowledge in cybersecurity practice is a plus.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
    • Team player with ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
