Data Center Security Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Center Security Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent security knowledge and experience in data center operations.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Access Control Management: Conduct bi-directional personnel verification, maintain audit trails for all access attempts, and enforce SOP for storage media control.
- Security Patrol & Surveillance: Execute scheduled security patrols of corporate campus buildings, secure data center modules, and critical infrastructure areas.
- Information Security Compliance: Enforce SOP for storage media control, monitor and report non-compliance incidents, and identify and report potential vulnerabilities.
- Fire Safety & Emergency Response: Activate fire suppression systems per emergency protocols, coordinate with emergency response teams, and ensure workplace safety.
- Asset Protection: Monitor and protect physical capital assets, intellectual property, and prevent theft of sensitive materials.
- Workplace Safety: Enforce anti-violence policies, conduct safety awareness training, verify vehicle credentials, and monitor parking lot security.
- Identity & Access Verification: Validate employee ID badges, track asset movement documentation, and accompany authorized personnel to designated secure areas.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in a security or related role.
- Ability to work on different shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Physically Fit
- Proficient in English
