Key Responsibilities- Manage a retail pharmacy business ensuring smooth operations, controlling costs, and managing profits.
- Provide the highest level of service to customers, leading and overseeing Retail Assistants, Supervisors, Retail Executives, and Pre-registration Pharmacists under your supervision.
- Mentor and train pre-registration pharmacists, NUS PECT students, polytechnic, and ITE interns, creating training programs on minor ailments, products, and retail operations for retail staff.
- Participate in various professional portfolios and projects, attending accredited courses for continuous profession development, partnering with NTUC Learning Hub in providing other accredited training courses.
