Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Blockchain Development Expert to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will play a crucial role in the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance blockchain solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop robust blockchain-based applications using Golang, focusing on performance optimization, security, and growth potential.
  • Collaborate closely with frontend developers and smart contract specialists to integrate backend systems seamlessly with blockchain infrastructure.
  • Develop APIs that ensure secure and efficient interactions between user interfaces, smart contracts, and external services.
  • Enhance data management processes, ensuring fast, reliable storage and retrieval in a demanding DeFi ecosystem.
  • Contribute to code reviews, proactively identifying and resolving bottlenecks or vulnerabilities.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging trends and techniques in blockchain and DeFi development.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in backend engineering, including 2+ years working on blockchain-integrated systems.
  • Proficiency in developing and maintaining high-performance backend frameworks and APIs in Golang.
  • Strong ability to optimize relational databases (such as PostgreSQL) for speed, integrity, and scalability.
  • Comfort with rapid development cycles and a proven record of deploying production-ready code regularly.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a knack for collaborating effectively in a team setting.
  • Experience driving technical projects from inception to completion with full accountability.
  • Hands-on experience rolling out liquid staking solutions in a live environment.
  • Background in operating validators on EVM-based networks.
  • Advanced familiarity with Ethereum's consensus and execution layers.
  • Thorough understanding of DeFi primitives and their interconnections.
