We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, have excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Tasks: Assist in coordinating and scheduling production activities, maintain and update production records, reports and documents, monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement team to ensure materials are available, support production team with data entry, filing and report generation.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure timely and efficient production, resolve production-related issues by providing administrative support, track and report production progress and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification is a plus.
  • Experience: Proven experience in an administrative or production support role.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.), excellent written and verbal communication skills.
