About the Position:

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-focused individual to join our team as a Junior Quantity Surveyor. In this role, you will work closely with the project team to prepare plans, documents, and bills of quantities for supplier quotations and pricing analysis.

You will be responsible for sourcing, compiling, and evaluating supplier/vendor quotations based on tender requirements. You will also conduct detailed breakdown pricing, including material and labour cost estimation for M&E/Fire Protection projects.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Preparing plans, documents, and bills of quantities for supplier quotations and pricing analysis.
  • Sourcing, compiling, and evaluating supplier/vendor quotations based on tender requirements.
  • Conducting detailed breakdown pricing, including material and labour cost estimation for M&E/Fire Protection projects.
  • Managing tenders, including scope of work, pricing schedules, and non-material requirements.
