Animal Care Specialist

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Veterinarian Nurse who will play a vital role in bringing comfort to our furry patients and ensuring the smooth running of our facility. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients under the supervision of licensed veterinarians;
- Administer medications, take vital signs, and perform various medical procedures as required;
- Assist with surgeries, including preparation of operating rooms, equipment setup, and patient recovery;
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient treatment and progress;
- Collaborate with veterinary doctors to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans;
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay updated on the latest advances in veterinary medicine.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., veterinary technology, animal science) or equivalent experience;
- Current certification as a veterinary nurse (CVN) or registered veterinary nurse (RVN) preferred;
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a veterinary setting, with a strong focus on nursing care and patient welfare;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment;
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion;
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a commitment to delivering high-quality care and services.
