Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate early childhood educator to join our team. As a preschool teacher, you will play a vital role in the care and education of young children at our centre. Your direct involvement and close interaction with the children make this a highly rewarding position.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement educational programs aligned with our centre's policies and framework.
  • Create engaging and stimulating learning environments that promote child development.
  • Maintain accurate records of children's progress and address their individual needs.
  • Communicate effectively with parents through regular updates and feedback.
  • BUILD STRONG PARTNERSHIPS WITH PARENTS AND COLLEAGUES TO ENSURE A SMOOTH LEARNING EXPERIENCE.
  • Ensure classroom safety and hygiene, managing daily care duties with ease.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve teaching goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Care Education / Diploma in Early Childhood Education
  • Certifications in Early Childhood Care Education (DPT/CPT/DPL/ACECCE/ACEY)
  • Para Educators or Educators - Possess Fundamentals or Certificate in Preschool teaching
  • First Aid Certification is an advantage
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in teaching in a childcare/preschool
  • Tolerance threshold towards children Passionate in teaching
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skill
