The role of Senior Software Development Engineer for Medical Device Automation involves designing, developing, maintaining, and improving automated machines and test equipment, including integration with middleware and MES.
This position requires supporting new product development projects, establishing new automation and software applications, and improving existing processes with a focus on manufacturability and automation.
Key responsibilities include working as part of agile teams to design, implement, and verify the equipment control/test software, developing end-to-end automated machine, middleware, and MES integration/verification, and developing, maintaining, and enhancing automated test frameworks, tools, and testers.
In this role, you will also document requirements and coordinate enhancements in assigned areas, lead/participate in cross-functional teams to support development/test projects, and perform verification and validation testing.
A successful candidate will have a master's/bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics/Communication Engineering with 5 years' experience in Software Development, expertise in writing verification plans, test cases, defects reports, executing and managing test cases, and programming/scripting languages (C#, Type Script, shell script preferred).
We offer an estimated annual salary of €80,000 - €120,000, depending on qualifications and experience, and a dynamic work environment that encourages entrepreneurial thinking and collaboration.
