Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team on a part-time basis. As the first point of contact for our students and visitors, you will play a vital role in ensuring a warm and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  1. Greeting and welcoming students, visitors, and staff with a friendly demeanor.
  2. Answering phone calls and providing information or transferring calls to relevant staff members.
  3. Maintaining the reception area's cleanliness and organization.
  4. Assisting visitors with inquiries, directions, and information about our training programs.
  5. Registering new students and providing them with necessary materials and information.
  6. Maintaining visitor sign-in and sign-out records.
  7. Providing administrative support, including data entry and filing.
  8. Scheduling management, including class timings, breaks, and special events.
  9. Communicating any changes in the schedule to relevant staff members and students.
  10. Providing excellent customer service and resolving minor issues promptly.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:
  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  2. Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  3. Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  4. Prior experience in a reception or administrative role is an asset.
