Job Description:
Surgical Neuromonitoring Expertise:

As an Intraoperative Neuromonitoring Technologist at Mandate of Manpower PTE. LTD., you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and effective conduct of surgical procedures.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct Intraoperative Neuromonitoring Procedures: You will be responsible for conducting intraoperative neuromonitoring procedures with precision and accuracy, adhering to established guidelines and technical standards.
  • Analyze Data and Ensure Valid Information: Your analytical skills will be crucial in ensuring that data recorded during procedures is valid and interpretable, providing valuable insights for medical professionals.
  • Collaborate with Medical Staff: As part of our interdisciplinary team, you will work closely with medical staff to provide seamless support during surgeries, sharing your expertise to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Maintain Technical Competence: You will stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in electrophysiology and neurology, ensuring your skills remain current and effective.
  • Communicate Clinically Significant Events: Your ability to clearly communicate clinically significant events during procedures will be vital in ensuring prompt decision-making and action by medical professionals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Relevant Certification or Experience: A relevant certification or experience in intraoperative neuromonitoring techniques is essential for this role.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills will enable you to effectively collaborate with medical staff and convey complex information clearly.
  • Ability to Work Independently: You will work independently with indirect supervision from physicians, requiring strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
