Job Title: Cybersecurity Operations Specialist

In the dynamic world of cybersecurity, our organization is seeking a skilled Cybersecurity Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our SOC/Cyber Ops group, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations and management of our cybersecurity solutions and platforms.

Responsibilities:
- Provide expert support for assigned security platforms, including onsite troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and incident reporting.
- Manage ticket queue and take ownership and responsibility of tickets assigned within agreed SLA.
- Perform change requests activities per change window allocated, including planning, review, tracking & verification, and documentation.
- Ensure that daily operations and tasks are properly completed or followed up.
- Escalate issues and liaise with subject matter experts as required to resolve issues.
- Prepare activities report and documentation.

About You:
- Completed studies with a Diploma or Degree.
- Possess hands-on engineering support experience in Infrastructure, Network, and/or Security Tools.
- Ready to support as a team in the evenings, weekends, and public holidays when duty calls.

- Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts and principles.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficient in relevant software and tools used in the field.
