We are seeking a skilled Nutrition Specialist to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who shares our commitment to providing high-quality, healthy meals to young students in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing menus that cater to children's dietary needs, ensuring all ingredients are handled and prepared according to established health guidelines, maintaining a clean and sanitized workstation and equipment at all times, and adhering to strict food safety and hygiene protocols.

The successful candidate will have a minimum Food and Hygiene Certificate and prior experience in school canteen or hawker settings would be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Menu Development: Develop and implement breakfast, lunch, and tea-break menus that cater to children's dietary needs.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitization: Maintain a clean and sanitized workstation and equipment at all times, including proper storage procedures for ingredients and utensils.
  • Food Safety and Hygiene: Adhere to strict food safety and hygiene protocols and assist with washing and sanitizing kitchen utensils and equipment.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: A minimum Food and Hygiene Certificate is required.
  • Experience: Prior experience in school canteen or hawker settings would be an advantage.
