This is a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and overseeing educational support programmes. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and the management of tutors and academic coaches to ensure high-quality education for students.

Mentoring children and youth, fostering their learning motivation, and strengthening home-school-community partnerships are key aspects of this position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, implement, and oversee academic support programmes.

  • Provide ongoing support and professional development for tutors.
  • Mentor children and youth to support personal development and learning motivation.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:
