ERP Implementation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced ERP implementation specialist to lead our team in delivering successful enterprise resource planning projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business requirements and operational workflows to ensure optimal ERP implementation.
  • Lead the implementation of new ERP software systems, create detailed documentation, and provide user training.
  • Identify and showcase opportunities for innovation, validating feasibility through proof-of-concepts and pilot projects.
  • Conduct hands-on data migration from legacy systems to D365, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Perform functional testing to ensure solutions align with business needs and collaborate on User Acceptance Testing.
  • Resolve issues with existing systems and develop customized solutions to meet evolving business requirements.
  • Administer and implement change requests, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or equivalent qualification.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in implementing and supporting Dynamics NAV/Dynamics BC.
  • Proficiency in MS Power BI would be a valuable asset, enhancing your ability to present insights effectively.
