System Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled System Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and be able to ensure the optimal performance and availability of end-user computing infrastructure services.

  • Provide IT Support: Respond to user inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Monitor system performance: Regularly monitor system performance to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
  • Evaluate and recommend hardware/software solutions: Assess current systems and recommend improvements or upgrades to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
  • Graduating Dec 2025
  • Knowledge of Windows OS, Service Desk management, Antivirus, and Patch management
  • Adaptable, proactive, and a strong team player
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Leadership qualities with good communication skills
  • ITIL certification (preferred)
