We are seeking a highly skilled ACMV Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Evergreen Engineering & Construction PTE LTD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of VRV systems, Multi-Split Systems, and Aircon Ducting/Ventilation.
  • Conduct tender surveys, review documents, and analyze drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Prepare and submit tender and contract documents, including quantity take-offs, and liaise with clients and consultants to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Obtain, compile, and evaluate quotations from suppliers in accordance with tender requirements.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all contractual matters.
  • Liaise with suppliers, main contractors, and sub-contractors to prepare cost estimates for tender submissions.
  • Respond to and follow up on client queries regarding submitted tenders.
  • Coordinate the submission of documents to clients and relevant authorities within stipulated timelines.
  • Maintain accurate records and filing of drawings for all tenders and projects as per requirements.
Required Skills:
  • Negotiation and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
  • Strong understanding of construction, quantity surveying, and administration
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
