Job Overview

As a Power Platform Developer, you will be responsible for designing and building innovative applications using Microsoft Power Platform components. These solutions allow organizations to address complex optimization scenarios and improve overall efficiency.

A typical day of a Power Platform Developer involves understanding business needs, outlining functional requirements, and then developing applications using Power Platform. This role also requires collaboration with the development team when additional developments are necessary, including in Microsoft Azure.

The ideal candidate will have strong foundational knowledge of Office 365 platform, SharePoint, and Dynamics 365, as well as experience in systems analysis and support. Presentation skills are also essential, with comfort speaking to both small and large audiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing and developing applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents.
  • Supporting the development team and collaborating on projects.
  • Developing PowerApps, model-driven apps, and power portal, as well as migrating packages between environments and supporting production cutovers.
  • Utilizing problem-solving skills to understand client pain points and troubleshoot challenges.
  • Installing and configuring data gateways, as well as developing Azure logic apps and functions.
  • Providing architecture, configuration, administration, and functional support to expand capabilities in Microsoft 365.
  • Designing end-to-end solutions that improve collaboration, productivity, and knowledge sharing.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience (more than 5 Years) in the Microsoft Power Platform – MS PowerApps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agent, Power BI, Office 365, Teams, and knowledge in SharePoint / Dynamics 365.
  • Strong SharePoint development experience with familiarity with SPFX, JSOM, CSOM, SharePoint Online, SharePoint 2019/2013 is an advantage.
  • Strong foundational knowledge of Office 365 platform including Exchange is an advantage.
  • Business systems analysis and support experience.
  • Presentation skills with a high degree of comfort with both large and small audiences.
