Job Description

Delivering goods to customers efficiently and safely is the primary responsibility of this role. Transportation experts will transport small items, groceries, provisions, and vegetables to designated locations.

  • Safely load and unload goods from suppliers and vehicles.
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, refueling, and vehicle repairs.
  • Perform daily inspections and routine maintenance of the vehicle to ensure safety.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring timely and accurate deliveries according to the prescribed schedule.
  • Providing excellent customer service, including helping customers with their deliveries when necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Valid Singapore class 3 license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy goods as required.
  • Good time management skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with navigation systems and local routes.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to follow safety procedures and vehicle maintenance schedules.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts based on delivery demands.
  • Experience in a delivery or logistics role is an asset.
