About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team in Singapore and contribute to the success of our clients. As a Case Management Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring effective case management by:

  • Providing administrative support to lead attorneys
  • Locating and developing case-relevant information
  • Proactively reviewing documents to identify potential issues

You will also be responsible for managing secretarial filings for corporate legal entities, coordinating outside counsel spend, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide administrative support to lead attorneys, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars
  2. Conduct thorough research to identify key facts and evidence
  3. Review and analyze documents to ensure accuracy and completeness
  4. Develop and maintain effective communication channels with clients and colleagues
  5. Manage and maintain accurate records of case files, correspondence, and other relevant documents
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent organizational and time management skills, as well as a strong attention to detail. You should also have:

  • A good command of English (written and spoken)
  • 3-5 years prior work experience as a paralegal in a law firm or corporate setup
  • Experience in managing end-to-end contracts
  • Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
