Job Title: Assistant Educator

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to join our team as an Assistant Educator. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality education and care to young children in a nurturing and supportive environment.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. They will also have a passion for early childhood education and a commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes for children.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Lead Teachers to prepare for lessons by getting materials ready or setting up equipment
  • Conduct non-programme activities such as storytelling, crafts, etc.
  • Supervise children during playtime and assist with daily basic routine care such as changing diapers, showering, feeding, etc.
  • Provide support and assistance where necessary to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

  • Certifications in Early Childhood Care & Education (FCECCE)
  • Possess Fundamentals or Certificate in Preschool teaching
  • First Aid Certification will be an advantage
  • Experience in toddler care will be an advantage
  • Passionate about nurturing infants and toddlers
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
