About the Role

The role of Skincare Ambassador is pivotal in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a leader, you will set an exemplary standard in customer engagement and sales behaviour, coaching therapists to improve sales performance and working closely with the Centre Manager to achieve business targets.

  • Lead the retail and customer engagement experience at the front of house.
  • Conduct pre- and post-treatment consultations to identify customer needs and recommend suitable products/packages.
  • Capture upselling opportunities through consultative selling techniques and file card usage.
  • Motivate and coach therapists on daily sales targets and customer interaction skills.
  • Monitor and report daily sales results, identifying gaps and action plans.
  • Ensure every customer is guided through a consistent, high-touch customer journey.
Operational Excellence

As a Skincare Ambassador, you will oversee front desk operations, including appointment flow, scheduling accuracy, and customer follow-up calls. You will collaborate with the Centre Manager to ensure seamless treatment and retail integration.

  • Manage stock levels, inventory accuracy, and retail display standards.
Team Collaboration & Training

You will support therapist development in sales skills, customer engagement, and treatment-to-programme conversion. Regular floor observations and real-time coaching will be essential in driving team performance.

  • Support therapist development in sales consultation, rebooking scripts, and objection handling.
  • Conduct regular floor observations and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
  • Participate in planning and execution of promotions, campaigns, and customer events.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in premium beauty retail, client experience, or front-of-house leadership roles.
  • Proven sales track record in achieving retail and programme targets through consultative selling and long-term client relationships.
  • Strong passion for skin health, facial treatments, and delivering personalised skincare solutions.
  • Exceptional communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills, with a warm, polished, and professional presence.
