Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic dance instructor to lead our team of educators. The ideal candidate will have prior experience teaching dance, especially to young children, and a strong background in hip-hop or street dance styles.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons that build both skills and confidence in students.
  • Collaborate with headquarters staff to develop lesson plans and school standards.
  • Conduct lessons and activities based on established plans and standards.
  • Prepare students for exams, performances, and competitions as needed.

Operations & Administration:
  • Manage student records and maintain accurate attendance tracking.
  • Coordinate class schedules and studio use to ensure efficient operations.
  • Communicate with parents/guardians regarding student progress, events, and policies.
  • Assist with student registration and enrolment processes.
  • Maintain studio facilities and equipment to ensure safety and cleanliness.
  • Engage with parents through communication and community-building activities.

Events & Performance Management:
  • Work with headquarters staff to plan and execute recitals, performances, and competitions.
  • Coordinate costumes, music, and props for performances.
  • Lead rehearsals outside of regular class hours.
  • Collaborate with other staff members or guest choreographers for special events.

Customer Service:
  • Provide excellent customer service to students, parents, and teachers.
  • Assist with general school operations, including maintaining studio cleanliness and supporting daily administrative tasks.
  • Help ensure smooth studio functioning by updating records, assisting with scheduling, and supporting customer satisfaction initiatives.
