Construction Site Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to lead our construction teams. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated leader with a passion for quality in construction.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. They should possess strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise daily construction activities and manage crew performance.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Coordinate with project managers and subcontractors to meet project timelines.
  • Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members to enhance skills and productivity.
  • Monitor material usage and inventory on-site.
  • Resolve conflicts and address issues that arise during construction.
  • Maintain accurate records of work progress, labor, and materials.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
  • Proficient in basic construction management software and MS Office.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA, First Aid) preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
