Job Description:

  • Produce high-quality real-time visualization to effectively communicate spatial atmosphere and materiality.
  • Collaborate with architectural, structural, and MEP teams for cohesive spatial integration.
  • Prepare detailed design drawings, construction documents, and tender packages.
  • Sourcing and specifying materials, finishes, FF&E, and custom fixtures in line with project concepts.
  • Raise space planning standards by focusing on ergonomics, flow, zoning, and user experience.
  • Coordinate with contractors, fabricators, and vendors for accurate implementation of design intent.
  • Presentation skills are essential for compelling internal reviews and client meetings.
  • Attend site meetings and oversee construction to ensure quality, detailing, and finishes align with design specifications.
  • Liaise with suppliers for material sourcing, procurement, quotations, and delivery schedules.
  • Stay updated on software trends, design technologies, AI, and global interior design practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or related field.
  • 1 year of experience with a strong portfolio showcasing innovation, spatial quality, and detailing.
  • Advanced proficiency in Rhino 3D; familiarity with Grasshopper is required.
  • Proficient in real-time rendering tools such as Twinmotion, D5 Render, and 3Dsmax.
  • Strong skills in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), and other 3D visualization tools.
  • Solid understanding of materials, technical detailing, construction processes, and project documentation.
  • Excellent design sensibility and spatial thinking with the ability to lead a project from concept through to construction.
  • Multitasking and deadline management skills in a fast-paced studio environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with sustainability principles and eco-conscious design practices is beneficial.
