Job Summary:

We are seeking a Public Relations Officer to manage public relations and communications with residents, stakeholders, and authorities. The successful candidate will be responsible for addressing complaints or feedback promptly, implementing necessary corrective actions.

The Public Relations Officer will deal with requests and handle complaints of the residents with tact and patience. They will offer on-site suggestions of fall-prevention measures, if necessary; arrange for works to be carried out within flats timely.

The officer will ensure good rapport and maintain positive relations with the residents. They will collaborate closely with all relevant stakeholders, including contractors, project managers, consultants, residents, and authorities, taking proactive steps to mitigate any issues related to construction activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address and resolve complaints or feedback promptly, implementing necessary corrective actions.
  • Deal with requests and handle complaints of the residents with tact and patience.
  • Offer on-site suggestions of fall-prevention measures, if necessary; arrange for works to be carried out within flats timely.
  • Ensure good rapport and maintain positive relations with the residents.

  • Liaise and coordinate with these parties to ensure smooth communication and project alignment.
  • Develop and execute public relations programs or talks to inform the public about the project's progress.
  • Design and implement public relations strategies specific to the project.
  • Provide regular updates to management regarding public relations activities on-site.
  • Maintain and update all related records diligently.
