Maintenance Technician

This is a technical position that involves providing high-quality maintenance and repair services to customers. The primary focus is on ensuring customer equipment is properly installed, relocated, and started up.
- Installation and Maintenance Services: Install and relocate customer equipment, perform start-up procedures, and ensure the equipment is in good working condition.
- Warranty and Preventive Maintenance: Provide warranty service for out-of-warranty tools by performing preventive maintenance and addressing equipment abnormalities.
- Troubleshooting and Repair: Diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions, replacing defective units as necessary.
- Customer Liaison: Coordinate with customers to minimize downtime and ensure smooth defect work execution.
- Engineering Support: Implement field modifications and updates as released in Engineering Change Orders (ECOs).
- Tier 2 Process Qualification: Carry out Tier 2 process qualification work and maintain accurate records.
- Professional Representation: Represent the company professionally to customers, utilizing knowledge of product lines and services to inform new or additional needs.
- Education: An engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective customer engagement.
- Fabrication Environment: Ability to work effectively in a fabrication environment.
- Physical Demands: Must be able to wear personal protective clothing and pass physical requirements.
- Travel Requirements: Willingness to support short-term overseas assignments.
