Chief Operating Officer (COO) / Chief of Staff

We are a pioneering startup in the Crypto / AI space, dedicated to monetizing scientific research and datasets through tailored marketplaces for AI companies. Our platform enables secure data sharing, preserving privacy while driving innovation. Our team has a proven track record of founding and exiting successful crypto startups, including Ambrosus ($250m exit) and Fantom ($8B market cap reached).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple business development and operational processes in an early-stage startup environment, serving as the right-hand person to the CEO.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with venture capitalists, family offices, and investment syndicates, securing funding from token presales.
  • Create and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and goals.
  • Lead negotiations with potential investors, leveraging a deep understanding of the fundraising landscape and market dynamics.
  • Drive the fundraising process from initiation to completion, securing the Seed Round within the targeted $5m.
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan that aligns project objectives with the evolving web3 landscape.
  • Make strategic decisions on partnerships, acquisitions, and resource allocation to optimize project success.
  • Oversee all facets of project operations, including technology development, token management, and compliance.
  • Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with investors, partners, and stakeholders to build trust and foster long-term collaboration.
  • Engage with the crypto community, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and boosting project visibility.

Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and strategies to ensure the project's financial health and sustainability.

We require an individual who is mobile, responsive, and able to take on a wide range of tasks without hesitation. As an early-stage startup, the Chief of Staff will need to be proactive and self-sufficient, taking ownership of tasks and responsibilities.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in tech business development, operations, or a related field, with a strong background in early-stage or growth-stage startups, preferably in Crypto, AI, fintech, gaming, gambling, or forex.

Mandatory experience in managing relationships with investors, partners, and stakeholders, with a proven track record of securing funding and driving business growth.

Strong network and charisma, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Demonstrated ability to close deals with investors and customers, with a keen understanding of the fundraising landscape and market dynamics.

Intelligent use of auxiliary AI tools for CRM purposes and client management.

Strong passion for new technologies, particularly Crypto and AI.

Perfect English is a must, with working/native knowledge of other major global languages a plus.

Experience working in a non-corporate environment, with a willingness to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced startup culture.
