Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Management Team Leader to join our team. This role will be responsible for coordinating with the Inventory Management team and forwarder, as well as assigning shipments to Third Party Logistics providers (3PLs). The ideal candidate will have prior relevant warehouse management experience and working in a cold room environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with Inventory Management team and forwarder to ensure smooth shipment processes.
  • Assign shipments to 3PLs and oversee the receiving of shipments into the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Ensure inventory accuracy at 3PL warehouses and investigate any discrepancies.
  • Sending transfer orders to 3PLs and verifying that they pick and deliver correctly from the correct shipment batch.
  • Maintain strong relationships with 3PLs and negotiate rates based on performance.
  • Generate reports on 3PL performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide support to warehouse operations and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
Requirements
  • Prior relevant warehouse management experience and working in a cold room environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Able to work independently and collaborate as a team to achieve results.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel etc).
Estimated Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this position is SGD $4,500 - $6,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
