Job Title:

Microsoft SharePoint System Developer

Job Description:

The primary responsibility of this role is to develop and maintain the Microsoft SharePoint system for our campus community.

This includes analyzing, designing, developing, testing, and maintaining the SharePoint system to ensure its optimal performance and functionality.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for attending to helpdesk ticket assistance and troubleshooting, enhancing existing systems or developing new projects, supporting bug fixes, addressing vulnerability issues/fixes of existing systems, and maintaining up-to-date documentation of program changes and testing procedures.

Additionally, the candidate will be required to provide monthly work progress report records and work collaboratively with other developers at our Polytechnic institution.

Requirements:
  • A degree/diploma in computer science or an equivalent field
  • Strong technical and analytical skills, meticulous and organized
  • Independent, good interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Positive work attitude
  • For SharePoint application-related skills, the supplier's personnel shall have:
  • At least 3 years of application development and/or maintenance experience on SharePoint
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience in SharePoint Online (SPO) customization with Power Automate and Power Apps
