Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat, resolving complex issues related to software and environmental factors.
  • Collaborate with product management, development, and quality assurance teams to resolve customer challenges and improve product quality.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including troubleshooting guides and knowledge base articles.
  • Participate in on-call rotations to provide support for highly escalated, Severity 1 challenges.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure expertise in areas such as C++, C#, MS SQL Server, PGSQL, LDAP/Active Directory, and related technologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical support, with a strong background in C++, C#, MS SQL Server, PGSQL, LDAP/Active Directory, and related technologies.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills, with the ability to work methodically through complex issues.
  • Strong understanding of Object-Oriented principles, the.NET Framework, relational databases, and networking fundamentals.
  • Experience with a variety of software languages, including C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, Python, PowerShell, Shell script, and Golang.
  • Ability to work closely with team members, communicate effectively, and provide excellent customer service.
