Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service by assisting customers with fuel top-ups.
  • Addressing customer complaints and providing effective communication whenever needed.
  • Maintaining the store and forecourt area in a clean and organized state.
  • Following safety protocols and work procedures at all times.
  • Carrying out any other tasks assigned by your supervisor.
Key Requirements

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Strong customer service skills to provide excellent support to our customers.
  • Ability to perform basic cleaning tasks to maintain a clean working environment.
  • Good physical fitness to handle heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
  • Flexibility to work on rotating shifts, weekends, and Public Holidays as required.
