Job Description:

The Workplace Health Promotion Department is responsible for promoting healthy living among workers in various sectors. Our team works closely with companies and stakeholders to develop policies and guidelines that support a healthy work environment.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Workplace Health Promotion Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing evaluation questions and frameworks to facilitate data collection and analysis.

Your primary focus will be on proposing and developing indicators to review implemented programs, based on stakeholders' requirements. You will also critique existing program frameworks or materials and find ways to improve them.

In addition, you will perform program, landscape, and health data analysis to identify trends and insights for health promotion among working adults. Your role will also involve forging and supporting sustainable partnerships with companies and key stakeholders as part of HPB's engagement efforts to influence the work environment and industry partners.

You will establish innovative, effective, and sustainable workplace health promotion solutions to achieve good participation and positive health outcomes among workers.

Key Responsibilities:
