We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our banking system development and implementation projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing project progress and milestones, promoting and controlling issues & To-dos, organizing progress reports, and reporting to client's management while managing cost and human resources.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT project management or as a Delivery Lead, with experience overseeing project development from start to finish. Additionally, they should have knowledge/experience in banking operation or systems, proficiency in high-level Japanese (JLPT N1 or higher) to interact with Japanese-speaking clients, and knowledge/experience in banking system development or implementation projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project progress and milestones.
- Promote and control issues & To-dos.
- Organize progress reports.
- Report to client's management.
Requirements:
- Min 3 years' experience in IT project management or as a Delivery Lead.
- Banking operation or systems knowledge/experience.
- Proficient in high-level Japanese (JLPT N1 or higher).
- Knowledge/experience in banking system development or implementation projects.
