About this role:

We are seeking a skilled Director to lead our Global Threat Hunting Centre, overseeing threat hunting, detection engineering and platform engineering teams. This key position involves developing a global threat hunting strategy and implementing a top-class threat hunting program for the Banking group globally.

This includes leading global threat hunting centre operations, managing teams to implement intel-led, continuous and effective threat hunting programs that enable timely detection of security threats across the globe.

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive global threat hunting strategy and roadmap
  • Establish detection and platform engineering to achieve program objectives
  • Collaborate with global cybersecurity teams to build a robust and resilient cyber defence posture

This role requires close collaboration with Global SOC, Threat Intelligence and Incident Response operations to ensure effective response to global incidents, as well as providing thought leadership on global initiatives such as unifying the threat detection framework and logging standards.

This role reports directly to the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) of APAC.
