As a seasoned Condominium Manager, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring a seamless and well-maintained living environment for residents. You will lead the site team, managing day-to-day operations, fostering strong relationships with council members, and ensuring that service providers deliver top-notch performance.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Taking charge of the site team, setting high standards for service quality and creating a collaborative work environment.
  • Ensuring the estate operates at peak performance, from maintenance to daily logistics, ensuring residents enjoy a well-maintained and comfortable space.
  • Building strong, trusting relationships with council members, residents, and contractors, ensuring everyone's needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Oversight of renewal and management of service agreements and insurance policies, ensuring timely updates and optimal contract performance.
  • Full compliance with building laws and regulations, keeping the estate safe, legal, and up to code.
  • Addressing feedback and complaints quickly, turning challenges into opportunities for improvement.
  • Organizing and attending council meetings and AGMs, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and informed.
  • Managing financial transactions, and developing annual budgets, ensuring strong fiscal control and forward-looking financial planning.

We're Looking for Someone Who:
You have at least 5 years of condominium management experience, ideally with exposure to TOP projects, and you know the ins and outs of estate management.

You possess excellent leadership and client relationship skills, with the ability to inspire a team and build strong rapport with residents and council members.

You're meticulous about ensuring all operations meet legal requirements and regulatory standards.

You thrive in dynamic environments, using critical thinking to make smart, fast decisions.

You're focused on delivering exceptional service to residents and stakeholders, creating a positive and well-maintained community for everyone.
