Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Embedded Systems Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of C programming for embedded systems and experience with microcontrollers or real-time operating systems (RTOS).

Main Responsibilities

  • Define product specifications and plan how to meet performance goals, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Develop and test embedded software features using C, leveraging expertise in low-level programming.
  • Collaborate with quality, manufacturing, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality products on time.
  • Support pilot runs and production ramp-up, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruptions.
  • Travel to international trade shows and manufacturing sites to represent the organization and establish key relationships.
  • Contribute to new ideas and patented designs, driving innovation and growth within the company.

Requirements

  • Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, or Computer Engineering, with a strong emphasis on embedded systems.
  • Extensive C programming skills for embedded systems, with a proven track record of successful projects.
  • Experience with microcontrollers or RTOS, with a deep understanding of communication protocols such as I2C, SPI, or UART.
  • Familiarity with hardware tools like oscilloscopes or logic analyzers, with a focus on troubleshooting and debugging.
  • Basic knowledge of signal processing, control systems, or power electronics, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
