Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Linux Systems Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our Linux infrastructure.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of technologies, including VMware vCenter, ESXi, SRM, VRM, and Windows Server OS.

Your expertise in system monitoring, backup and recovery, security operations, and endpoint protection platform will be invaluable in ensuring the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability.

We are looking for a motivated individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent is required, along with at least 3-5 years of experience in IT system management.

The ideal candidate will possess strong initiative, positive attitude, and passion in operation support.

Key Responsibilities
1. Design and implement Linux infrastructure solutions using VMware vCenter and ESXi
2. Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server OS and related software
3. Implement and manage backup and recovery strategies
4. Monitor and analyze system performance and identify potential bottlenecks
5. Collaborate with developers to resolve technical issues and improve system efficiency
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
2. At least 3-5 years of experience in IT system management
3. Strong knowledge of Linux, VMware vCenter, and Windows Server OS
4. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
