  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring they do not impact project delivery.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
  • Communication: Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, ensuring they are informed of project progress and any issues that may arise.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure projects meet quality, security, and compliance standards, and that all documentation is properly tracked and maintained.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years' work experience, with at least 3 years' experience in IT project management in financial services.
  • Agile Project Management: Proven experience in agile project management, with a minimum of 2 projects completed in the last 2 years.
  • Technical Skills: Hands-on experience in requirement gathering, development, support, bug fixing, and testing.
  • Certifications: Certified Scrum Professional (SCP) certification is a must, while Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is desirable.
