Job Title: Culinary Team Member

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Culinary Team Member to join our team in the kitchen. As a key member of the culinary staff, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality food items and meal components, working collaboratively with the rest of the team to ensure exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

  • Food Preparation: Prepare specific food items and meal components at your station, adhering to established recipes and guidelines.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
  • Station Management: Maintain a safe and sanitary workspace, ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and maintained.
  • Inventory Control: Assist with stocktaking and ordering supplies as needed, ensuring adequate inventory levels.
  • Continuous Improvement: Engage in ongoing training and development to improve food preparation methods and skills.

Requirements:

  • Education: Diploma or degree in culinary arts or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Relevant experience working in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent teamwork and communication skills, ability to work well under pressure.
  • Work Schedule: Availability to work 6 days per week, flexible scheduling.
