Senior Medical Practice Operations Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Medical Practice Operations Manager to oversee the performance of our medical support staff. The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership qualities, with a proven track record in guiding teams to achieve outstanding clinical excellence and quality patient care.

As a senior member of our team, you will be responsible for fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning among your colleagues. You will also be expected to develop and implement strategies to improve team performance, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality patient care services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Provide guidance, support, and coaching to ensure individual and team success in achieving clinical excellence, quality patient care, and business objectives.
- Clinical Strategy: Develop and implement clinical strategies to drive team goals and objectives, focusing on patient satisfaction, quality outcomes, and efficient service delivery.
- Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to maintain high standards of care.
- Collaboration: Foster a collaborative environment, promoting open communication, teamwork, and knowledge sharing among team members.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including patients, staff, and external partners, ensuring effective communication and cooperation.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to clinical governance, regulatory requirements, and company policies, maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.
